End User License Agreement

License

A production EULA would grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to install and use the game for personal entertainment subject to applicable terms.

Restrictions

Users may not sell unauthorized access, distribute copies, bypass protections, exploit vulnerabilities, or use the software to harm services or other users.

Updates & Testing

Pre-release software may include incomplete systems, telemetry, balance changes, resets, and content that does not appear in a final release.

Ownership

The license grants use rights only; ownership of software and associated intellectual property remains with the publisher and licensors.

Termination

The license may terminate for material violations or when a pre-release test concludes.
